From physics labs to grassroots development, my journey has been an exploration of purpose and a commitment to change. I started with a strong academic background, earning my B.Tech. in Engineering Physics from IIT Delhi and a Master’s in Physics from the University of Houston. While academia offered a structured path, I was drawn to the complexities and real-world challenges with a deep-seated belief that education and empowerment could transform lives.Driven by this desire, I transitioned to the social sector, starting as a Program Manager at IAHV, where I managed CSR projects and played a pivotal role in developing training programs for rural educators. This shift allowed me to witness the direct impact of the work which solidified my commitment to this path.Today, as the Capacity Building Manager at Sewa International, I’ve had the privilege of designing a fellowship curriculum that empowers the next generation of changemakers. My work blends my passion for education with my commitment to social impact, creating ripples of meaningful change across communities.
