Builds long-lasting relationships with clientele by providing exceptional customer service and utilizes detailed knowledge of menu items to assist customers with the selection of food items.Ensures POS is at correct amount at end of shift; counts inventory every 2 weeks.Organizes reservations daily; preforms multiple tasks at once by taking orders over the work phone, Door Dash, Skip The Dish and Uber Eats tablet.Maintains a safe and clean environment when was left alone during shifts; constantly observes the customer’s alcohol consumption.Opens the patio, setting up the bar and take out station; closes up the patio by whipping down tables, sleeping the chairs, beer count, cleaning back of the bar, packing away liquor and soft beverages in its place and lock up each station.

Ensured every guest received a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter; promptly executed service recovery for any guest concerns and complaints, and made it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue.Stocked up all products including sandwich station to prepare for next shift.
