SigEp's headquarters staff is a small yet nimble team that regularly takes on new challenges and opportunities and works cross-functionally to best utilize talent. As the program and technology manager, I play a key role on both the programs and events team and information systems team, undertaking the management of both educational program design and implementation as well as data science, analaytics, and strategy responsibilities. In addition to maintaining the management responsbilities of the virtual programs and initiatives from my previous role, I also oversee the effort to improve the data qualitiy of our alumni membership information, collaborate internally and externally for the development of organizational technology improvements, and work with large datasets to recognize trends, correlations, and opportunities.

SigEp's programs and events team develops and implements national educational programming for the leadership, personal, and professional development of our undergraduate members and alumni and volunteers. As a programs and events manager, I oversee the program management lifecylce of our virtual programs. This includes Springboard, our introductory executive development program for undergraduates, the national transition retreat for our newly elected local executive boards, and career coaching - a continuous professional development program that connects undergraduates with mentors in our national network. In addition to leading the implementation of these programs, I am also involved in coordinating the registration of thousands of attendees for our other national conferences and leadership programs.

Sigma Phi Epsilon is a valued partner in higher education, supplementing students' education with high-impact personal and professional development experiences. As a Regional Director and Volunteer Specialist, I was the lead consultant for a portfolio of four chapters based in the midwest. My work included the creation of four-year member development programs, the management of a merit-scholarship process, leadership development, stakeholder management, and member recruitment. Key impacts from this portfolio include the development execution of a university reintegration plan spanning stakeholders from multiple groups, the implementation of recruitment practices to grow a chapter's membership 100% year-over-year, and the strategic development of volunteer teams to improve support mechanisms for multiple chapters.

The Academic Resource Center at Illinois Institute of Technology provides students with the opportunity to receive peer tutoring in a variety of subjects at no cost, and with no appointment necessary. As a peer tutor, my primary responsibilities were to assist students in learning a variety of subjects, including calculus, differential equations, statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics, accounting, and economics. Effective communication and personalized learning strategies were key to success in this position. Additionally, I assisted the center in the development and implementation of new peer mentorship iniatives built around an empowerment leadership model.

In assisting with the management of Maxar's flagship earth intelligence product, I had a variety of responsibilities and projects. These including boundary mapping spaceports for new layers, developing public tutorial videos for underutilized product features, and conducting analyses on customer usage and growth potential.

As the Western Hemisphere's largest science museum, the Museum of Science and Industry provides guests with unique and inspirational science interactions. The Guest Experiences Division is responsible for facilitating these interactions to make science communication impactful and memorable. As a Lead Intern in Guest Experiences, my task was managing a team of interns. This included training and coaching interns in the delivery of STEM content to guests, instilling confidence in the program participants and supporting the institutional culture, daily scheduling, and inventory. In keeping with the museum's philosophy, I became well versed in facilitation techniques such as positive reinforcement, humor, guest centered interactions, and clear communication. I was able to train others in these same skills for the delivery of engagements that "inspire the inventive genius in everyone".

The Guest Experiences division of the Museum of Science and Industry is responsible for delivering science content in a manner that is clear, memorable, and inspirational. As in intern within this division, I worked with a team a fellow interns to delivery a variety of science programs, ranging from one-on-one interactions to science based shows for audiences of over 200 people. In addition to delivering science content daily, I also developed my own interactive science-based presentation for the employees of the Guest Experience Division. I also developed a multimedia presentation with the intern team to be delivered to upper-level museum administration.
