I represent and commit the Liqueurs & Spirits Packaging Development department on quality, costs, leadtime and technical realizations of projects requested by marketing or markets.I manage 9 people (incl. 5 project managers) for the bottling facilities of Angers, Barbados, and Greece

The subsidiary (+300 people) manages whole the Packaging needs for Arc France: studies, production or sourcing. I have implemented a multidisciplinary QHSE/Lean team of 8 p. to achieve the following assignments:• Establishment of a continuous-improvement culture (Lean)• Change management• Conduct of projects for performance improvement• Management of Quality and HSE issuesIn the study department, I am responsible for the follow-up of all the projects with 5 employees

• Management of Planning and Operational Excellence teams (13 p.). 3 600 projects/year• Increased performance of the team (efficiency +13%, doubled reactivity, processing time divided by 2) by the implementation of Lean practices• +12% of global performance by the implementation of flexibility and variability reduction• -20% of study leadtime and -50% of in-queues, by redesigning the follow-up and prioritization tools• -50% of non-conformities due to Packaging studies by leading root-cause analysis and systematic preventive/corrective actions• Implementing materials qualification and trials of packaging solutions for the customer IKEA

• Management of a multi-competence team (glass product, accessory, decoration and packaging). 11 p. (3 directs). Turnover of 30M€; around 1 000 sku/year• Development of new products for Dinnerware, Kitchenware and Hot Drinks, from design study to full industrialization• Portfolio divided between the corporate brands (Luminarc, Arcoroc, Chef&Sommelier) and customer brands (Carrefour, IKEA, Mc Donald's, Coca-Cola, Sara Lee...)• Extended expertise for the Project managers by driving a skill plan• Establishment of a development process to launch "Décor à la Carte dinner sets" product ranges within 2 months, at fixed costs
