Chemical and physical analysis for Inuse ,Long term, Intermediate and Accelerated Study for Finished product -Performing Chemical analysis Assay, Dissolution,Related testing by using UV (Hitachi),HPLC (Agilent, Alliance) , Dissolution (Erweka,Hansson) -Performing physical test as Disintegration, Hardness, Friability,Water Content (Karle Fisher), Specific Gravity, Viscosity -Responabile for verification and intermediate check for lab instruments (Balance and PH meter)-Reporting Results of analysis in Access and document control procedure -Following up champer daily , doing monitoring weekly and set root cause of deviation then take action - Receive the sample from IPC ,determine quantity of the box in each interval then enter in the chamber for stability Study, responsabile withdrawal the sample from the monthly plan and sending Microbial sample for it’s interval-Responabile for Archiving system

following up documentation in hall product( batch number, date, CCP, OPRP) -inspected IPC to meet specification and make ensure they that applied standardization of products without defects -accepted, rejected or hold finish products -made report inspection for finish products based on the company's policy and stander acceptance /rejection criteria
