Marketing Field Supervisors · Provide ongoing supervision, leadership, support and guidance to Marketing Training Officers (MTOs). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to orientating staff on new approaches such as marketing  and exporting, training, developing individual operating plans (with staff),Cash request, coaching, mentoring, and completing performance appraisals.    · Undertake the overall planning and coordinate the implementation of all Marketing component activities· Oversee the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system for the marketing component at the region level.    · Manage the marketing component financial and administrative on the regional level.         Through my work as a marketing field supervisor and as a marketing tainting officer my achievements were as follows"· Establishment 13 Farmers association · Training 36 marking committee inside Farmers association  to raising marketing capability.through 23 training subjects· Work closely with 82 Buyers (Exporters , Local traders and food processors)  and  signed more than 320 contracts with more a value of more  49 million Egyptian pounds for an area of 3000 faddan  in the Assiut  - Soahg and El-Minia · Coordinate between source information and farmer association · Facilitate communication and relationship  between farmer association and department of  agriculture in Elmina - Sohag - assiut · Lead marketing  activates and communication between buyers and the three  others marketing officers · Preparing , organizing  and implementation  link visits for education and learning for 3000 farmer · Prepared  the marketing plan and technical support needed to the growers  for Sohag ,Assuit and Elmina in cooperation with and the three  others marketing officers · Prepared Marketing report to submit to project management

· Evaluate the society's capacity need.· Prepare reports to high management. .· Participated in Designing and implementing Capacity building form for NGOs.· Providing technical support to sub-federations & NGO's.· Designing special training materials to fit institutional needs.· Implementing training courses for NGO's in governorates (Minya -Sharkia - Alexandria) through (Governance & TQM - Advocacy - Networking - strategic planning - project management - support group - fund raising - improving high & executive levels of management) as a first phase to be continued while emergence of other needs.· Design new project· Training other society.  · Organizing training courses & symptoms.· Evaluation for capacity building.· Coordinate between volunteers.
