Shipping:Coordinate all activities related to export and import.Follow up shipments with forwarders and consignee.Prepare monthly projection for exports.Prepare initial and final shipping declaration.Prepare loading plans.Review and confirm B/Ls Coordinate with clearance team and provide them with required documents to issue free zone approvals, statistical form and etc.Prepare required shipping documents (packing list , invoice, container manifest , multiple country declaration, country of origin, import security file ISF and etc)Coordinate with Merchandising and planning departments to ensure the completion of purchase orders and its delivery date.Prepare and submit weekly received and expected import shipments statusPrepare cargo counting report and cargo discrepancy reports for import shipments when needed.Interact with forwarders and shipping lines.Get updated quotations related to freight rates and trucking costs, Negotiate freight rates (ocean and air) and get best available rate & Ensures freight forwarders are selected based on company objectivesReview freight bills for billing accuracy; prepare monthly payment statement of accounts.Calculate the needed materials for QIZ requirements & prepare QIZ quarterly review reports.Compliance:Responsible for conducting internal audits related to social, security, health and safety compliance.Review different health and safety forms before getting approved from governmental authorities; such as semi-annual statistic for work place injury, annual medical check-up and etc.Review HR related files including employees’ personal files and ensure its compliance with law.Monitor HR activities to ensure its compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal policies and procedures.Report findings on non-compliance to top management and suggest corrective action plan.Update internal policies and procedures annually.Handle audits conducted by third parties (WRAP, WCA, GSV, and etc.)
