My personal passion for empowering leaders to achieve their full potential gives me fulfilment and the inspiration and privilege to have worked with a variety of clients in different industries over the past 20 years. By combining individual and team coaching, it is possible to impact interdependent systems to the benefit of both the individual and the organisation. I subscribe to the principles of Positive Psychology and find motivation in the belief that every challenge presents a unique opportunity. I have utilized my experience and intuition to help people see this through different lenses. To create sustainable motivation for executives and leaders whom I coach, I use positive reinforcement of skills, knowledge and competencies, while still focusing on their integral personal growth.
