Following the sale of FHA to FutureBrand , I was the Design Director of FutureBrand Australia responsible tor the creative team and worked closely with the Asia Pacific leadership to build the FutureBrand presence in Australia and contribute to the company's creative development globally.

Founding Partner of Flett Henderson Arnold in 1976 which was started with two other designers. Design Director of the firm which had a Melbourne and Sydney office and a staff of 60. Amongst other credentials I was the Design Director of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games for 7 years. Established the Sydney office of FHA in 2001.After the sale of FHA to FutureBrand in 2001, completed my Contract as Creative Director Australia. In January 2003, I left to start my own firm, R-Co. in January 2003.
