As Director of Production, I provided leadership on communication strategy and production to support EvergreenHealth’s mission of advancing the health of the community it serves. I worked directly with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications to set communications strategy, and I oversaw all aspects of marketing production objectives and initiatives. I led a talented team of five staffers, coordinated freelance contractors and oversaw volunteers. In addition to managing the marketing budget and operations, I also served as the gatekeeper for the EvergreenHealth brand and corporate identity.

As the Health Education Coordinator Lead, I annually coordinated more than 500 health education programs and events for patients, families and the community to promote wellness and assist with chronic illness management. I researched and developed programs; recruited, hired and mentored speakers and instructors; evaluated curriculum; coordinated all arrangements and logistics for events; negotiated contracts; provided monthly and quarterly reports; and managed the budget.
