Nigel Frank is niche Microsoft recruitment which was founded in 2006 and is now part of the wider Frank Recruitment Group. I joined the business in 2011, as the Network Administrator, managing the entire infrastructure for the business. At this time, NFI had a headcount of 40 staff and started its rapid hyper-growth journey whereby I was a key valued member of the IT team which successfully delivered technical and digital transformation projects to support business growth to 500 heads, across 4 countries.
