- Overview all procurement activity in Palembang area for local and import buy, including raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, services and other company needed.- Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedule, and quality.- Run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors.- Monitoring stock inventory level and coordinate with related departments.

- Analyze production plan by calculating the data of demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other matters having significant impact to ensure the production runs timely and accurately matched with demand.- Calculating and reporting for raw material daily production cost.- Lead logistic departments (GBB, GSP, and GBJ) and manage quantity of stock, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

Managing groceries business daily operation such as : selling and buying goods, negotiating, forecasting, and inventory control.

- Compiling monthly forecast from Marketing (local and export) and formulate it into monthly Production Planning schedule.- Analyzing, reviewing, and controlling inventory stock level for packaging materials, machines equipment, and finished goods.- Controlling and monitoring schedule and daily output from all line of production.- Updating all related department (purchasing, marketing, production, quality control, research and development, and maintenance) to ensure the production process runs well as marketing requirement.

- Analyzing and controlling stock through systems of around 40 retail stores, 250 modern market stores and some warehouses/distributors across Indonesia.- Performing physical auditing with the goods stock. - Developing goods tracking systems through barcode projects. - Building stock take procedure and systems for stores and warehouses. - Preparing department budgeting and controlling its usage.- Through conducting the profound analysis goods stock and movement - To formulate, drive and implement the business strategy, enhancing the competitive position in meeting business and profits objectives of company.

- Overview the procurement activity of O-I Jakarta, specializing on spare part (MRO) and others if required, as well as controlling goods incoming from local or overseas suppliers.- Sourcing goods to find a better price, quality, and services in purpose to reduce cost and increase efficiency at company.- Reviewing contract and organizing bidding to suppliers for company projects.- Achievement: • Successfully managed approximately 500 local suppliers and 150 overseas suppliers, with various competitive supplier and some recommended global suppliers. • Controlled around 500 – 1,000 MRP items (stock controlling).• Greatly benefited company by achieving savings around $5,000 - $20,000 (monthly) via earning from zero tax of import customs (PIB), competitive alternative suppliers, negotiation with advantage terms and conditions. • Built up the procurement procedures for company and applied widely. • Projects:  Fully in charge of importing the bottles from China to fulfill the demand of customers. Key member of project team: Machine DJ 24, furnace renovation.

- Handling customer supporting service to ensure all services are delivered with the highest standards to customers. This covers: delivery, quality, quantity, working in line with other relevant departments.- Compiling forecast from Sales team through system.- Generating production planning schedule program, communicate it to PPIC and production department, and control production output to overcome customer needs.- Handling customer complaints.- Creating pricing and maintain it for Sales and Marketing Department.- Achievement: • Served around 50 local and 20 overseas customers, account for 40 billion/annum of sales with volume of 125.000 tons (40.000 tons flint bottle and 85.000 tons amber bottle).• Build up the sales and marketing procedures.• Project:  2010 - Barcode Project (certified LSS Green Belt locally and internationally)  2009 - Customer filling line process (liaise project with customers)

- Fully in charge of PPIC activity (PT. Dankos Farma Tbk) : controlling incoming goods for production, compiling sales forecast, making and controlling production schedule and its output, giving production order and target production, inform Sales Planner for distribution.- Scheduling the production based on the Stock planning in line with production and sales demand from other PPIC four officers (PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk)- Achievement:  Successfully compile and coordinate all PPIC works (with other PPIC officers) to create schedule for production, optimizing the productivity and efficiency of resources gradually, (from 75%) peak 95% with 2 months freeze forecast.
