In my early career life I worked in a variety of fields related to training, teaching and management. In September 2003 I joined Kideology Kinder Garten as a class teacher.Then, in July 2005 moved to Gabro International AG ‘’Steel Trading’’ as an office manager,In July 2008 I moved to Information Technology Institute, I got certified from IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd., India as a Soft Skills and Data Trainer, I was responsible for training the grade students at the governmental universities on Soft Skills, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Skills, Attention to Details, Microsoft Office and Business Process Outsourcing in the program EDU Egypt. Besides working with Information Technology Institute “ITI” and the program of EDU Egypt, I worked in other programs with many other institutes. Then moved to UAE in 2016 and started working with Sutherland Global Service as a Senior trainer in one of its biggest projects in the country (ADCB - Tamooha Contact Center)In 2022 started a new journey with new challenges with Maximus Gulf as Employability and Skills Trainer, helping Emirati to find the right job that suits their skills and education in the private sector. Through my professional life, I have acquired new skills in addition to developing my own style of approaching this vibrant field. In the competitive world of communication & customer services I would like to think that I understand the importance of excellence, uniqueness, and quality. For around 15 years now, I would like to think that I have been able to develop a number of substantial skills that have helped me in my professional journey.
