As a filmmaker and program manager, I combine my passion for storytelling with my attention to detail and organizational skills. I work at PXP, a leading media production company that creates engaging and impactful content for various platforms and audiences. I manage multiple projects from inception to completion, using Adobe Workfront to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor butimelines, and ensure quality standards. I also contribute to the creative process by providing feedback and suggestions to the production team. Some of the independent projects I have worked on include a documentary series about social justice issues, a web series about entrepreneurship, and a podcast about culture. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Arts, Theatre with a concentration in Film Production from Chicago State University, where I graduated with honors and made the Dean's List. I have also gained valuable experience in the media industry through various internships and fellowships, such as Ogilvy, Free Spirit Media, Media Process Group, and Chicago State University. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to grow as a filmmaker and a program manager. I am motivated by the challenge of creating compelling and meaningful stories that can inspire and educate others. I am also committed to supporting and empowering my team and my community through my work.
