- Responsible to lead 40 operator and 5 foreman of Production, Maintenance and SnR Departement- Responsible for all activities in the workshop area including recieving customer supply product, shipping finish good product to the customer and also planning maintenance schedule of all the production machine.- Checking and processing order from marketing as internal customer to making work order then delegate the work order to the foreman concerned.- Checking, approving and maintaining all the technical drawing for production continuity.- Closing all non-conformance founding from Quality department and making root cause analysis and fix the root cause in order not happen in the future of all production activity.- Give refreshment training for all Production man powers including foreman and team leader about the components of Production Quality Objective and also the production machine knowedge.- Improving and maintaining all document to following the latest update of API-Q1 quality system such as WPS, BPS, WI, Form, TWO, and Drawing
