• HP Account Presales for Network and Service Providers (NSP) segment, especially for Transportation and Logistics companies.• Provide generalist support for all HP hardware infrastructure portfolio, such as solution design, customer presentations, and competitive selling.• Secondary focus in Storage products, supporting other presales in their storage solutions.• Involved in Storage Division marketing activities, such as storage events and partners / channel trainings.

Provide storage presales support for Singapore Enterprise Sales Force (ESF), such as storage solution design and architecture, customer presentations and demonstrations, and competitive selling.

Responsible in maintaining good relationships with technical counterparts in Compaq Computer Corp. while ensuring constant stream of technology update from Compaq.

Worked closely with customers to explore their IT problems and assist them through the process of developing solutions to their needs. This includes system architecture, hardware configuration, operating system and application sizing, and competitive analysis.
