- Preparation of Hydro test / Pneumatic packages as per PID, Isometric drawings, hydrostatic drawings and all related documents.- Witnessing Hydrotest and pneumatic test.- Line checking and clearing the punch items before the pressure test on completed pipelines.- Preparation QA/QC documents, site quality plans, inspection test plans, work procedure, and GOC Document.- Witness performance and testing of procedure qualification test assemblies, supervise these activities.- Perform inspection on erection and installation of prefabricated pipe lines.- Checking the piping materials as per codes and process standard specifications.- Preparing take of list as per isometric drawing.- Inspection of shop fabrication of piping spools and supports, visual inspection of plant piping.- Witness cleaning / installation of equipment’s prior to installation- Ensure satisfactory identification of materials, proper protection of piping and fittings. Verify proper size and schedule of pipe, rating of flange face and fittings.- Make sure Joint integrity flange to flange connecting well, and ensure use corrected gasket between flange to flange.
