• Manages Joint Venture with Air New Zealand, delivering traffic and revenue growth via Singapore hub• Analyses JV performance, develops growth plans and prepares regular reports to Alliance Board, in line with commitment outlined to Ministry of Transport• Relationship manager for partner airlines in America, West Asia and Africa, and prepares business cases for growth• Performs traffic analysis to identify and address white-spots in SIA's network through partnerships• Coordinating cross functional collaboration between sales, ground services, legal and finance on projects

Fuel Front Office• Analyses, monitors and executes fuel trades in MOPS Kerosene and Brent for SIA Group• Prepares regular updates to Management and Board on performance of existing hedges Jet Fuel Procurement• Negotiates, evaluates and manages all physical fuel supply for the SIA Group• Reviews, negotiates and executes legal obligations between fuel supplier and SIA• Monitor and ensure operational excellence by fuel suppliers across SIA network, engaging suppliers to comply with internal requirements and operating standards Strategic Planning• Prepares regular presentations to Management Committee and Board of Directors on SIA's strategic initiatives, providing updates on competitive landscape and evaluations of existing group strategies• Track company performance indicators
