Once the short list is produced we will act on your behalf to coordinate course tours, interviews and any other needed requirements of the Club to present you as a viable Member. We will also negotiate, if needed, with respect to price, payment terms and Member referrals. For the Equity or Transferable Club Membership Seller we will act as a Broker to source and negotiate a prospective buyer as well as providing guidance to the buyer based on their needs and concerns.
