● The project objective and scope: Build a separate network comprising of structured cabling, LAN, Wi-Fi, Cisco Call Manager migration, firewall infrastructure, and inter-site links for the Southern Africa sites to achieve complete separation between Investec Private Bank and Ninety One (Investec Asset Management). ● The role: Created to manage the South African project stream for the Investec network separation which reports to the global network delivery manager. ● Achievements: Delivered Southern Africa network infrastructure in time for the Investec Bank network separation, which took place on the 27th of March.

●The project objective and scope: ~Re-launch an end-user compute and domain consolidation project, initially triggered by a business acquisition. ~Migrate three hundred Exchange mailboxes to the new Exchange server. ~Integrate the SilverSky business into the BAE Systems shared IT services model. ~InfoSec certification of business apps used by SilverSky business. ~Migrate users to the BAE Systems Active Directory services. ~Deploy BAE systems-standard laptops for three hundred users spread across the USA and Philippines. ●The role:~Introduced by DXC and fully funded by BAE Systems to manage the project for BAE.~Reported onto the BAE Shared Service organization, tasked to manage the project end-to-end through the BAE Systems team, including budget forecasting and tracking. ●The project organization:~Fourteen BAE Systems engineers, one DXC desktop resource and a DXC project manager. ●Achievements:~Completed 300 Exchange mailbox migration. ~Completed InfoSec certification for business apps to be allowed onto the BAE Systems network. ~Completed pilot for non-tech user migration to BAE Systems AD domain and kicked off the pilot for tech user migration. ~Prepared 150 laptops ready for deployment (company size reduced over the course of the project).

●The project objective and scope:~Refresh and consolidate NetApp infrastructure in 16 Upstream sites across the world: Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and North America to support Upstream Big Data hosting requirements.~Objective: To complete the project before the maintenance expires on legacy hardware.~Objective: To increase storage capacity and migrate business apps of legacy storage. ●The role:~Funded by BP to manage the delivery across the globe. This was done in collaboration with BP Upstream global delivery teams, regional teams and local BP service providers around the world.~Reported to BP Programme Manager.~Involved end-to-end project delivery including statements of work, finance tracking and invoice approvals.●Project organization:~BP Central application teams, regional IT service managers, regional IT delivery teams and local suppliers. ~NetApp, Wipro, and T-Systems.~DXC PM, DXC NetApp SME, DXC back-up SME, DXC Unix SME, DXC Data Center teams, India based Netapp, Unix and Wintel support team. ●Achievements:~Delivered project initiation and define phases (before the transition to DXC Technology).~Delivered technical designs and bill of materials for additional hardware required to support the data migrations and infrastructure consolidation.~Delivered a NetApp infrastructure refresh and hardware consolidation in 16 Upstream sites, on time and within budget.~Managed and coordinated testing, data migration, and switch over to new hardware. The data volumes ranged from 10 to 120TB.

●The project objective and scope:~Data Center and WAN capacity reviews and remediation works to accommodate regional private cloud infrastructure in 16 Upstream sites across the globe (Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, North America and Russia).~Server, network, storage and back-up infrastructure deployment for each of the global sites to host the Petrel suite of applications.●The role: ~One of four HPE Infrastructure PMs reporting into HPE Programme Manager, moved in to lead HPE role for the last nine months of the Programme to see the DXC/HPE engagement through. ~Involved end-to-end project delivery including statements of work, finance tracking and invoice submission and approvals. ●Project organization:~BP Central application teams, regional IT service managers, regional IT delivery teams and local suppliers.~Wipro, Schlumberger and T-Systems.~DXC PM, DXC NetApp SME, DXC back-up SME, DXC Unix SME, DXC Data Center teams, India based Netapp, Unix and Wintel support team. ●Achievements:~Delivered capacity reports for 14 BP computer rooms across the world. These reports informed the business case for space, power, cooling and network upgrades required to support new back-office infrastructure.~Delivered 14 back-up and disaster assessments to define the additional tape back-up, storage and network capacity required to host the for new application file systems and large data volumes.~Delivered back-office infrastructure to BP offices in Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and North America.

●The objective and scope:~Enhance IT infrastructure in Angola in preparation for 1st oil for FPSO PSVM in Block 31of the Angola coast. ~Migrate IT infrastructure to a new Data Centre in Luanda. ~Establish DR capability in London Data Centre. ~Refresh the ageing IT infrastructure. ●The role: ~BP Angola funded the dedicated Infrastructure Project Manager role. Reported to the BP Angola application delivery manager.~Involved end-to-end project delivery including statements of work, finance tracking and invoice submission and approvals. ●Project organization:~BP Central application teams, BP Angola IT delivery teams and local suppliers. ~Wipro, Dimension Data and Multirede Angola.~HP PM, HP Solutions Architect, HP NetApp SME, HP back-up SME, HP Unix SME, HP Data Center teams, India based storage, Unix, and Wintel support team. ●Achievements:~Delivered a private cloud solution for BP Angola in Luanda to address the business requirement for hosting business-critical applications in-country.~Delivered a new back-office infrastructure in Luanda and London to host applications for new FPSO PSVM.~Delivered the infrastructure for Luanda Data Center relocation (involving 75 application servers) back-up and storage equipment, leveraging in-country BP and global HP support teams.~Delivered an IP Telephony hardware refresh and migration affecting 1500 phone extensions (on and offshore) in Angola (five BP buildings in Luanda and four offshore vessels).
