My curiosity to always learn new things and my ability to familiarize myself quickly with new topics were essential in my work in the field of process optimization: giving grown, inefficient business processes a clear structure and implementing this in a sustainable manner. With targeted change management measures we have ensured the success of changes. The next step was to move to the sales department of the Robotics division. As Executive Associate to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), I supported the CSO as the right hand behind the scenes and drove global initiatives. In doing so, I expanded my skills to include strategy development and implementation in a global context and learned to act confidently at top management level. My high resilience, constant loyalty and unrestricted reliability have benefited me in this process.As Post-Merger Integration Manager I have crossed the corporate boundaries of KUKA. On the one hand, I was responsible for the PMI process, and on the other hand, I was actively involved in the further development of the company at our partner Servotronix Motion Control in Tel-Aviv, Israel. The importance of strong leadership and clear communication between the teams and with the employees I learned first hand.In the future, I want to grow with my tasks: overcoming challenges in an international, cross-functional team with a close orientation on the market in order to set the course for the future.
