Hendrik is co-founder of gifting platform Cadeo. Prior, Hendrik was the Programme Director of NDRC at Dogpatch Labs. Running Ireland’s national startup accelerator. An entrepreneur-led programme with founder-friendly €100k SAFE investment for globally ambitious tech startups. Prior to that, Hendrik was the Business Development Manager leading Dogpatch Labs’ winning €17m NDRC tender bid to run Irelands’ state-backed startup accelerator programme, and Programme Manager at Dogpatch Labs. In this role he ran startup accelerators and intrapreneurship incubators with a range of corporates including global agricultural company (Alltech) and the 3rd largest reinsurance company in the world (Hannover Re).Previously, Hendrik completed a full stack web developer Bootcamp at Le Wagon in Barcelona to learn Ruby on Rails, worked in the M&A sector, and founded his own startup MyBackCover.Hendrik graduated from Maastricht University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business, and a Masters in Digital Entrepreneurship from ESEI Business School in Barcelona.
