I am working as Business Analyst for HP on the Royal Bank of Scotland account responsible for the ISAP payment systems that runs in 35 different countries (former ABN AMRO) of RBS. In this role my activities are:• Analyze new initiatives/projects of the business and creation of the Solution Analysis.• Review Functional Designs, FAT testplan, FAT execution• Creation User documentation, Implementation runbook• Execution Implementation/customization in the ISAP (country) systems• Supporting RBS Technology Support India BA’s and the development team• Projects I worked on:- FX-Peregrine: Implementing one Foreign Exchange Hub in the payment applications- Connecting a new Danish clearing system to the DK ISAP payment application- Connecting a new UAE clearing system to the UAE ISAP payment application- Introducing the IBAN to ISAP for RBS in UAE- Introducing Target 2 to ISAP for RBS in Romania- Implementation ISAP banking platform – responsible for the payment applications - for RBS in Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland.

After the outsourcing of the IT dept by ABN AMRO to EDS, I have worked in the role of Information Analyst for EDS on the ABN AMRO bank account and Royal Bank of Scotland account after RBS took over parts of ABN AMRO, responsible for the ISAP payment systems that runs in 35 different countries . In this role my activities are:• Analyze new initiatives/projects of the business and creation of the Solution Analysis.• Creation Functional Designs, FAT testplan, FAT execution, User Documentation, Implementation Runbook• Execution Implementation/customization in the ISAP (country) systems• Educating/supporting EDS India on functional knowledge• Supporting EDS India with complex 3rd line support maintenance problems.• Participating in a Monthly Maintenance Meeting where system bugs/problems are discussed.• Projects I worked on:- Introduction of SEPA in the ISAP Global Payment system which allowed ABN AMRO to participate with SEPA for their European branches.- Implementations of the ISAP payment sytem in Taiwan, China, Philipines and Japan.- Maintenance projects to solve bugs and to improve the system.- Trained EDS technical colleagues in India functionally on the ISAP payment applications and International (swift) / Domestic (clearing) Payments process in general

In 1998 I started as Information Analyst in the ABN AMRO International Division responsible for the maintenance the ISAP banking platform that runned in 50 foreign AAB branches. My first activity was participation in the development of a new Payment System that was able to handle the Euro, was Y2K compliant and was able to handle payments STP (Straight Through Processing)After successful roll-out, I participated in the implementation of the system in Spain and Greece.After the first roll-out which was done in Europe, to ensure that the Euro could be processed, I contributed in many projects to improve the system and to include software changes that were required for further roll-out to the rest of the world.Also I have acted as a Functional Supporter, advising the AAB International branches regarding problems/issues they reported.I have participated in the development of an ISAP training. Also I have participated to conduct these trainings which were given centrally in Amsterdam or at special request by the branch on their own location.

Up to 1997 I have worked in different functions at the ABN AMRO bank International Payment Operations department. My last function was Product Specialist / Subject Matter Expert. In this role I was responsible for the daily operations of the payment department and supporting the Head of Payments. After the merge between ABN bank and Amro bank I was involved in the functional testing of the new payment system that was developed and the migration of the old ABN and AMRO systems to the new one. I liked this work so much that I decided to switch to IT, which I did in 1998.
