• Contracted to provide project lifecycle leadership to plan, schedule and execute all stages and all phases of a Microsoft Exchange Upgrade project and a Mailbox Migration project within a multinational, 15,000-user organization to Cloud services.• The Microsoft Exchange Upgrade project was to rebuild and repair the Exchange 2010 environment as well as the Microsoft Threat Management Gateway and correct any Active Directory issues specifically DNS, DFS, Group Policy, Forest and Domain Trusts, Federation Services and Microsoft Azure for MS Exchange and Active Directory.• The Mailbox Migration project involved re-injecting archived mail from Dell Archive Manager back into all mailboxes and migrate all mailboxes to the Europe Exchange environment. From the Europe Exchange environment the mailboxes were migrated to a tenant in Microsoft Cloud services.

• Defined datacenter and IT operations strategies and realigned them with the needs of the business with 9 direct reports to include 7 engineers and 2 project managers.• Reviewed the company's Infrastructure and SAAS hosted operations by running performance scripts and patch level scripts to verify the integrity of all systems for five facility sites and two regional datacenters.• Provided guidance for activities related to keeping the Infrastructure performing optimally including backing up the systems, performance tuning, upgrades and patches, and providing 24-hour monitoring and support.• Key member of governance body charged with the overall infrastructure design and strategy.
