a) To update and maintain the Legal Register and other requirements.b) Update and maintain Management Programmes to meet the Objectives and Targets set (If applicable).c) To conduct and manage the HSE Risk Assessment activities at sites.d) To follow up on the implementation of the proposed corrective action for any incidents reported at the respective areas and close the incident investigation case once the proposed corrective action is completed and found to be effective.e) Report to the HSE Committee on HSE issues arising at sites.f) To submit HSE performance report to QA & HSE Department based on the HSE monitoring and measurement of reporting outlined.g) To periodically conduct a compliance check on the legal and other requirements.h) To update and maintain Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan established at the respective areas.i) Periodically communicate to all staff at the respective areas on the status of items (a) - (h).j) Maintain all records on HSE matters at the respective areas.
