Any single changes will impact dirrectly to the sales Tiket.com.I am responsible for all my team output & activities such as Team Business Analyst to analyze the requirement, Team Quality Assurance to make sure our application has a great quality , prevention of fraud transactions using credit card by Team Fraud, increase pagerank & keyword “Tiket.com” in Digital Marketing by Team SEO, Team Technical Writer writing Project Brief, Functional Specification Document (FSD) & User manual, Team Dev Operations providing information & solutions against the question from Team Customer Service, Ensuring all the needs of operational activities will be fulfill by IT Admin and create a good UI/UX design for the best customer experience by Team Design My biggest contribution is fully involved in the project Mobile Apps Tiket.com that only takes dateline 3 months for the customer can download our apps on Android OS playstore and iOS iTunes. ● Planning, estimating, providing day-to-day management, leadership, direction and administration ● Set the full project life cycle of internal and external (partnerships) ● Participate in meeting the needs of internal and external team partners / clients ● Create and maintain project plans, including resource assignments, workload monitoring and project deliverables ● Create SOP for the planning and implementation of the project ● Reports to the CTO daily and weekly on the project directors ● Responsible for managing and developing relationships with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle ● Provide high-quality projects with an efficient schedule ● Managing assets and resources

Performs impact assessment (for example, for critical production issues) and contributes to Root Cause Analysis of issues and outlines corrective actions.Team Work and Collaboration ● Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.Work as technical interface with other teams to resolve issues related to interfacing functionalities.Technical Ownership ● Assumes technical accountability for my specific work products within an application and provides technical support during solution design for new requirements. ● Ensures that documentation related to specific modules/applications is correct and up to date.
