Led the creative group, which included digital, and the usual art-copy members. My responsibility was the agency's creative outputs for clients like Google (we handled YouTube), Coca-Cola Indonesia (for Minute Maid), Elevenia, etc.

Led a 6-member team of art directors and copywriters. The group was set up to win new businesses. Worked closely with Strategic Planning and Account Service to churn ideas and proposals… and won 99% of the pitches.
