Within the first month, MOMO Bear attracted 5 million users.In my role, I led a localization team to develop an English version of the game, which was then successfully launched on Google Play and the App Store. This version specifically targeted high-value players in North America and Europe, and as a result, the revenue for MOMO Bear reached a record-breaking US$2 million within the first three months. Over the next 18 months, the game generated a total revenue of US$6 million in the global market.Our second mobile game, Jets Battle - MOMO, was released later in 2015. We followed a similar publishing strategy, first testing the game on the MOMO platform before launching an English version for the global market. In 2014, our first mobile game, Dragon & Elfin, was completed. We collaborated with Taiwan Mobile, the second-largest telecom company, to publish the game in the Taiwan market. To obtain legal publishing qualifications, I established a subsidiary for my company in Taiwan. Compared to the company in China or Hong Kong, the Taiwan subsidiary saved at least 15% in running expenses and created five jobs in the region. The total revenue reached US$1.2 million in the first six months, with 15% paid to the Taiwan government as withholding tax.The game was pre-installed in the sales channel for brand new cellphones, allowing players to experience Dragon & Elfin in over 1,200 Taiwan Mobile retail stores. Achieving a significant milestone in my career, I joined a development company with 150 employees as a Project Manager, focusing on expanding into overseas markets.
