NGO - Helping Women and Children in Armenia -Developing activity to raise money and support for children and women in remote villages of Armenia.-Fundraising events-Working closely with government sectors and all diplomatic missions to Armenia.

-Coordinating and Main point of contact with all Design consultants(Interior Designers ,Architects, F&B, Theme Designer and ....) Especially for phase 2 of Sustainable City(Hotel Indigo, Diamond Innovation Center, Edutainment museum, Veris international School, Country club).-Specialized in information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, and construction time.-Strong understanding of company's products or services and knowledge.-Provides information that is relevant to proposed in building projects. *At mean time I was working on branding and marketing strategy. **Organizing different stands for the company and sister’s company in WETEX, WFES, Inter-solar and etc. ***Being involved in most of brain storming meeting with CEO.

-Carry out 3D designs or 2D designs as required.-Involved in the Interior design of buildings.-Compiling data for architectural plans.-Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches.-Providing clear and unambiguous direction to members of the project team.-Developing & sustaining working relationships with private & public sector partners.-Advising on planning applications.

-Responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships. -Consult with client to determine functional requirements of structure. -Develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.-Have a strong understanding of company's products or services and knowledge.-Manage and develop a growing team of remote Sales Developers.-Attending trade shows, exhibitions and events.-Identify promotional opportunities & integrate them into annual marketing plans.-Constructing budgets and timelines.-Working closely with creative teams.-Assisting with sales pitches to win new business.-Growing and developing affiliate marketing campaigns.

-Plan, design, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial buildings.-Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project-Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.-Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs.

-Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.-Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.-Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.-Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.-Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

-Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition.-Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.-Promotional activities.-Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.-Writing reports.-Monitoring performance.-Develop and execute sales strategies.-Maintain and strengthen a large portfolio of clients .-Coach, mentor and motivate sales team .-Manage sales budgets and set targets .
