My journey is not just about fitness; it’s about cultivating a mindset that aligns with the identity each woman aspires to achieve, ensuring sustainable and transformative lifestyle changes.PROFESSIONAL JOURNEYMy professional path took a pivotal turn in 2015 when I decided to leave the family automotive business to pursue my passion for female strength training. Since obtaining my certification in 2008, I've been deeply involved in this field. In November 2015, I founded Herlifts, an all-female strength training gym in Singapore. This venture was more than a gym; it was a movement to empower women through strength training.Under my leadership, Herlifts flourished, impacting over 2,000 women's lives. We focused on educating women about the importance of lifting weights for their health and wellbeing. Our efforts extended beyond the gym through collaborations with international and local brands like Under Armour, Calvin Klein, and Lululemon, spreading our vision to a broader audience.CURRENT FOCUSAfter running Herlifts, I have shifted my focus to one-to-one coaching, providing more personalized guidance. My current project aims to support millennial women professionals in both their personal and professional lives, embodying the essence of holistic wellness and empowerment.PERSONAL INTERESTSOutside of coaching, you can find me on the tennis court, honing my skills and enjoying the physical and mental benefits of the game.
