I worked as a Business Analyst across hybris projects at Envoy Digital (now KPS UK), an agile e-commerce agency. My clients included a bespoke furniture company, an international luxury fashion brand, a high-street shoe retailer and a top-tier London football club. My duties included:- Pre-sales support and SOW creation. Analysis of high-level requirements, gap analysis and obtaining estimates from the on and off shore tech teams. - Project set up. I created technical and functional specification documents to provide the full context and details of the project, and user stories to facilitate an agile delivery. - Becoming the SME for the solutions we built, and writing documentation to serve as user manuals for our client side teams. - Running training workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
