Laboratory Assistant, "Functional Food and Food Phytochemistry" Course, Agricultural Product Technology Department, Sriwijaya University.• Managed and monitored 75 students from Universitas Sriwijaya and Kampus Merdeka working in the laboratory, ensuring 100% compliance with laboratory policies.• Taught students about qualitative phytochemical tests (alkaloid test, steroid test, flavonoid test, saponin test, and phenol hydroquinone test), as well as quantitative tests such as antioxidant activity test, chlorophyll analysis, total phenol analysis, and total carotene analysis.• Assisted students with experimental data collection, including measurement and recording of results.

• Assist in 100% inspection of rice quality in storage warehouses on a regular basis. • Conduct laboratory testing for analysis of moisture content, broken content, and contaminant tests on rice quality. • Analyse and compile reports of rice quality inspection results to be reported to the head of the warehouse.
