Implementations of Sage 300 People, from initial needs analysis, setup, reconciliation and implementation.Consulting on all Payroll related matters and processes.

- Providing On Site Assistance to end users on all matters relating to Payroll.- Reconciling and Submitting required returns to Sars. IRP5 , EMP501 Submissions. Bi Annual Reconciliation / Submissions.- Assist with making corrections via Sars E-Filing i.t.o EMP returns submitted where necessary.-Giving advice on preferred Payroll processing methods, resolving issues encountered by Payroll department.- Needs analysis and subsequent implementation of Payroll Software.- Telephonic support to clients relating to Payroll Legislation and Software.- Strive to meet monthly billing targets set.- Gain extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL as database engine.- Resolving client complaints.- Gain understanding of business processes, both internally and externally, as well as Payroll function and importance thereof as part of a greater scope of general business functions.- Present training classes to clients in Seta approved Payroll Training courses.- Building relationships with clients.- Gaining knowledge in Payroll legislation, as well as technical knowledge in Payroll Software, Microsoft SQL Data Engines, Pervasive Data Engine, Microsoft Excel etc.
