Insect Consultancy is een adviesbureau voor problemen met insecten in grasland en grasvelden. Meer dan 30 jaar nationale en internationale ervaring op het gebied van grasland entomologie. Vooral geinteresseerd in ecologisch beheer van de plagen.De afgelopen acht jaar heb ik gewerkt aan het enige en complete (in Noord-West Europa) handboek over insecten in grasvelden.Algemeen entomoloog met brede belangstelling en ervaring op meer gebieden dan graslandinsecten. Het boek is verschenen in november 2014.Insect Problems in sportfields in Western Europe are my speciality already for some decades. Even amenity grassland and home-lawn owners belong to my field of interest. Finished now writing a comprehensive handbook for greenkeepers and groundsmen. Thanks for so many reactions. It seems that it fills in an important gap in the practical knowledge of these problems.

    Just finished the first unique handbook on turfgrass insects and their ecology. For books on entomology and some others see my website. www.insectconsultancy.nl. My bookshelfs contain too many titels so I have to sell some.Again this year will be a busy year for Insect Consultancy. New problems may arrive in the coming years. One species of white grubs arrived already in Belgium and may appear within short time here in The Netherlands. Another species, the Japanese Beetle was by accident introduced in Northern Italy, near the French border and is spreading through Europe. We have to keep both eyes wide open and be prepared for a good treatment (biological).
