As a Real Estate Consultant, I target investors and project developers with support and expertise in project direction, program management, feasibility studies, due diligences, portfolio management, if needed leading a team of project managers, developers and portfolio managers.During my career I gained a lot of experience in the different aspects of building and developing of various forms of real estate. Not only on a technical level but also and mainly in the field of project management, programming, organization and coordination of complex building processes. In addition, I have been able to develop a large expertise in the area of financial feasibility of real estate operations.I have also had a taste of various sectors in construction and real estate. From civil engineering to office, logistics and apartment construction to the development of retail real estate, healthcare real estate and residential real estate. I did this at the beginning of my career on the side of the contractor, then on the side of the client, then that of the developer/investor and also that of the operator.Each time, as project director, I was at the head of project teams consisting of project managers, architects, engineers and contractors.Recently, as CTO, I led a team of project managers for a developer in residential real estate in Flanders and Brussels.I speak Dutch, French and English very fluently.In addition to my professional activities, I prefer to be actively involved in sports (cycling), adventurous trips and culture.
