Currently, I am a Key Account Manager for the Fleet Solutions team at Shell Netherlands. Here, I manage a portfolio of Key Customers, and try to enlarge our presence in the Netherlands. I was part of the growth team that formulated and implemented the Unstoppable BeNeLux strategy, a cross-business effort to align on targets and focus areas for the next decade. This strategy was one of the key projects in my role and received approval and investment from the senior management.I am also a co-founder and board member of Verax Esports, a Swedish organization that finds, educates, and manages talented players. I oversee the daily operations and the company relations of several semi-professional and amateur teams. In addition, over the past year, I was a general board member of the JOVD Rijnmond, a political youth organization, where I organized events, trainings, trips, and speakers for the members.I hold a Master of Science in Management from Nyenrode Business Universiteit, where I graduated in February 2023. I also have a Bachelor's degree in School of Governance, Law and Urban Development from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. My master thesis on Management in times of crisis, as well as my bachelor thesis on Operating Working Capital in Times of Crisis are published by Nyenrode Business University and Saxion in 2023 and 2021 respectively.I am always approachable, ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented.
