Henk Korevaar (45 bG, The Netherlands) is a 'Nomad Worker' and founder and owner of F-fectis - a networking organisation for innovation and change - and the author of a dozen books on team-building, project-management, cost and impact of (IT) projects as well as innovation modeling and implementation of New Ways of Working. Henk is an idea-generator, inspirator and facilitator. He is frequently invited to design and facilitate interactive (sometimes hybrid) workshops for for idea-generation processes and innovation ambitions for clients in profit and non-profit and for (international) groups of up to 200 participants. He is an associate of SpringAge in South Africa and co-developer of the Youth Driven Innovation approach. He is co-founder of NetwIT, the Dutch Network for IT professionals in housing (in 2000) and it’s annual ICT Total Cost of Ownership Benchmark in housing. Since 2012 he is appointed as International Laison for NetwIT and connects professionals in UK, Sweden, Germany, South Africa and Canada (and a growing number of other countries) in order to share knowledge and best practices. He is the co-initiator of the English version of CORA, the housing associations’ reference architecture.
