My life and carreer gave me many new ventures and experiences. What I have concluded is that connected leadership ultimately means connecting people who share common values. Leadership should clearly visualise a thrustworthy and inspiring, durable and possitive mission and vision, selecting people on the bases of shared values and at the same time keeping the right focus. Its potential is huge!I'm a practioner of the above philosophy as well as a supporter of a dual leadership principle.People should get energy from the things they do, the environment they are working in. As a result they are building their own self esteem and will inspire others. Leaders play a vital role in creating the right circumstances for this and should be thrustworthy, transparent, always aware of being role models.The road to succes, is a path which might not always lead to the ultimate goal but then, gaining the experience while walking the road is often more important then reaching the original goal. What we have learned in the mean time, could bring us new and even better ventures.
