For Made In Hackney I work (as a volunteer) on the technical design and development of a platform called "Global Plant Kitchens". This platform - developed in Wordpress - provides information and a training course that can assist people who'd like to setup their own Vegan Community Cookery school. The course material and information is provided by and based on the experience of Made in Hackney.

I have assisted Allianz Partners Benelux as Business Project Manager with the final steps of moving to their Global Insurance platform. In a 6-month period, we have implemented 4 insurance products and have migrated the policies from the Legacy application to the new platform. Archiving approach has been defined and prepared to safeguard any historical data so all legacy systems can be decommissioned.

Program manager, responsible for managingthe Analysis and Implementation preparation phase for VvAA for a new Policy Administration system. Using a series of workshops and in-depth discussions, VvAA's requirements have been compared to the Digital Insurance Platform from CCS. After concluding that the solution was a good fit with these requirements, an Implementation plan was prepared and CCS was contracted.

Project manager responsible for implementation of Salesforce Industries as the new Policy Administration System for ARAG in the Netherlands.Within 15 months we have successfully launched a new policy admin system based on Salesforce industries and supported the implementation of 3 new Products which customers can buy directly via the ARAG website

As part of a large program to implement a new ICT landscape for the Insurance business I was primarily responsible for the implementation of a new Policy Admin System (using a SAAS solution provided by a UK implementation partner).Based on my strong ICT knowledge I also supported the overall program manager to manage the planning and delivery of the other components in the program.
