My experience includes 24 years of work for companies in the IT services industry, working for large customers like Microsoft. During these years I have worked in several technical roles, eventually becoming a senior systems engineer in the area of communication and collaboration.My specializations include Unified Communications (Microsoft Skype for Business Server and Teams, used in complex Enterprise Voice solutions, involving AudioCodes products) and Networking (Cisco, F5, Extreme and other technologies). The last few years I have worked closely with companies transitioning from on-premise solutions to Microsoft 365 based solutions (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure).I have also worked with a number of other Microsoft technologies, including Hyper-V, Systems Center suite (Operations Manager, Service Manager, Configuration Manager), SQL server, Exchange sever. Besides strong technical skills, I also have a good understanding of IT process, security, documentation and third level user support.
