As Managing Director of Jobe Sports I'm responsible for all activities of the 75+ employees companies. With Jobe Sports we hit a wide range of business activities: product development, purchase, manufacturing, B2B sales in all continents, B2C sales in Europe, warehousing (bonded, LDC, DC), worldwide Marketing (off- and online), finance, various business.

As Product & Purchase Manager of Jobe Sports I was responsible for the complete product process of the Jobe range. In this job I was the head of three different departments: Graphic Design (5 employees), Product Development (4 employees) and Purchase (2 employees). These departments work together very closely to make sure that we create the best and most.

In this job I was the manager of three different departments: Marketing (7 employees), Graphic Design (4 employees) and Product Development (4 employees). We called these departments together “The Brand Team”. With these departments, we tried to raise the overall value of the Jobe Brand. I also had the task to train and educate an upcoming management.

In this job, I was the manager of two departments: the Marketing Department (5 employees) and the Design Department (4 employees). I was a member of our Management Team and I supported our team of Directors with their strategic management. Some achievements:- Implementing Brand Differentiation Strategy (worldwide)- Developing B2B Marketing Structure.

My second step in my career at Jobe was becoming the Marketing Manager. In the beginning, it was a pretty small department (2 employees) but my responsibilities were huge in proportion to my age and experience. Because of the small size of the department, I was able to learn the key elements of managing and coaching in small steps. I got the freedom to.

As a Marketeer of the Jobe brand I combined my study (SBRM) with a job at the Marketing Department. During these two years I’ve gained a lot of marketing experience besides working on my final essay. I was able to discover my business qualities and made some decisions about my future career. As from that moment, I knew that strategy was my destiny! I.

Orange Alpha is an international holding that owns several companies, brands and real estate.
