Huber corp. werden gekocht in 2001 van, voorheen, Noviant.CP Kelco BV is procesindustrie waar de productie van een op katoen of houtcellulose gebaseerd water oplosbaar polymeer werd gemaakt, CarboxyMethylCellulose (CMC), dat toepassing vindt in o.a. levensmiddelen en farmacie industrie als bindmiddel, viscositeit verhoger of desintegrant.

In deze periode leidde ik de CMC fabriek met de doelstelling de efficiency en de flexibiliteit te verhogen onder een minimale milieu voetprint in alle aspecten als lucht, afval, energie en water. Tijdens de laatste twee jaren is de productiecapaciteit verdubbeld. Mijn opdracht was dit project te leiden met als doelstelling het bedrijf geschikt te maken voor overname of beursgang.
