As the Director of Brand and Creative, I spearhead the in-house creative direction and brand strategy for a nationally recognized affordable housing advocate and developer, guiding the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies aimed at fortifying our brand's positioning and propelling business expansion. My responsibilities encompass overseeing all facets of creative development, including brand identity, advertising campaigns, collateral design, and digital content creation and strategy. In addition, I lead a team of creative professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.Collaboration lies at the heart of my methodology, as I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. My focus is on driving the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, continually evaluating performance metrics and refining strategies for optimal impact.Moreover, I cultivate robust partnerships with external collaborators such as agencies, vendors, and freelancers. This ensures the timely delivery of top-tier creative assets within budgetary constraints, enabling us to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.Before my tenure at Conifer, I honed my skills as a graphic designer at Jack Horner Communications and SunKING Digital in Pittsburgh, PA. Holding a B.S. in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes and completing a Marketing Strategy certification program at Cornell University, I am deeply committed to professional development.
