I was part of the Enabling Services Directorate, implementing technical and business change projects. Projects would start with a scope of works and business case, and be managed until hand over to the business as usual teams.• Vehicle Telematics: £1.3million project installing telematics into the entire fleet of vehicles, configuration of a cloud based reporting portal, issue key fobs to all staff and officers to improve monitoring of vehicle and driver performance, resulting in • Corporate Gazetteer: £400k project to install an alliance wide gazetteer to provide address and location based information from multiple sources in support of the new C&C systems. • Body Worn Video: £2.8 million project to issue cameras and training to front line police officers, and implement a secure cloud portal to store and manage video footage. • Regional ANPR: £2 million project to deploy cameras and infrastructure throughout the region collecting, managing ANPR vehicle information and checking hits against national systems and alerts• Sharing Digital Evidence: initiation of a project to store and manage all digital evidence in a single location, organised into cases ready to be shared with criminal justice partners such as the Crown Prosecution Service

I negotiated with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure all contracts were in place across all European business areas. Additionally I was tasked with running a project to put in place a preferred supplier for a leasing solution and the processes to support this.

After working within Brooke Weston Trust at the Kettering Science Academy site, I was promoted in order to help all the schools through the trust. Kettering Science Academy is a multi-building campus with 1700 students aged between 4 and 18 and 200 staff. The main school building was demolished in September 2011 and we moved to a completely new building and IT installation.I started on a temporary contract covering absent staff but soon became a full time employee. I was the product sales and support specialist for the Netclaw product line, responsible for integrating it into the Anritsu sales portfolio across EMEA. I travelled extensively supporting sales teams and key customers and returning the resulting feedback to the product development teams.
