We invest our own money in the impact areas of climate, resource efficiency, waste reduction, and social equity. When I founded Frontastic before that, I discovered how to design the "frictionless operating systems" and culture required to scale fast and achieve amazing goals in remote companies. Now, my mission is to empower other tech founders and innovation leaders with my blueprint for productivity at scale, network, and venture capital.I've always loved figuring out better ways to do things. In our years growing Frontastic, a fully remote company, we spent much time and energy finding the best ways of working for distributed teams. The team members presented their thoughts passionately and convincingly on our last retreat. The values, processes, and ways of working that we had created resonated so profoundly with the team that they were willing to fight for them. They made so much sense that people said they would carry that kind of collaboration and that culture into future companies. While listening, I was not only proud but also realized that we had created a blueprint of some sort that could help other founders reach their vision. I decided to pass on what I had learned so that the major issues like climate crisis, mobility, and digitalization could be tackled more easily. And so that more people can actively participate in a working environment in which psychological safety, diversity, equality, autonomy, and work-life balance are important foundations.
