Production Engineer B. Sc., Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. As a person I am very self driven, ambitious and engaged in my work. I am structured and analytical in my problem solving. With an open mind I enjoy creating ideas that can lead to good technical solutions, which I can develop by combining my theoretical & "hands on" practical competencies. During my career at Oticon (2002-2012) I have been project coordinator for the production preparation of a large hearing aid platform project and later been a team manager for a group of mechanical engineers. I am experienced in cooperating with suppliers and production sites in other countries with good cultural understanding. 2012-2019: At Coloplast A/S Thisted I took the opportunity to focus on development of production technology, work with design for Six Sigma and new production concepts for medical products. In general I am very experienced in the field of mechanical design and have worked with design of test methods to gain data for process improvements. Through my work I have been involved in the LEAN culture in a company with large scale mass production. I can deliver technical presentations/reports well fitted to all levels from operators to executive management. Knowledge sharing and building relevant network are an essential part of work.In 2019 the Coloplast site Thisted closed and I moved to BE-GE Seating A/S, working within R&D. Besides development and testing of new mechanical concepts, implementing production setups, I also carried out various production improvements to prepare for future demands on quality and capacity.
