Project roles:Scrum Master and functional designer on a large implementation project for a client in the utilities industry in Norway. 3rd party coordinator on a large-scale eCommerce project in Stockholm, Sweden. As a coordinator, I acted as the single point of contact for all 3rd parties integrating to the eCommerce platform in new markets, as well as all internal sub-projects and the client. The 3rd parties were typically payment service providers, banks, acquirers, language service providers, etc. The role required a high level of understanding for both functional and technical requirements, and great communication skills to facilitate an open and transparent relationship with all involved parties.Functional tester of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) for a Norwegian wholesaler. I was also heavily involved in the creation of an automated test suite, with responsibilities like choosing the test software to use, choosing test scenarios for automation, creating automated test scripts, documentation and knowledge transfer. I have also been a part of Accenture's International Trainee Program, where I have worked six months in Hyderabad, India, alongside the Indian team of our project. The purpose of the trainee program was to learn more about the Indian culture and work ethic, and to tie a closer bond between India and Norway.

Hyderabad-Området, India

(Temporary transfer from Accenture Norway to Accenture Services Private Limited in India).As a software engineering analyst, I worked for six months in India as part of Accenture's International Trainee Program. I was heavily involved in a new automated test suite for a client. Firstly, we analysed different test softwares and decided to go ahead with Microsoft's Coded UI. Secondly, we created a solution and a set of test scripts for smoke testing and regression testing of Microsoft Dynamics AX and the integrations to different web portals.

Aurskog & Kongsvinger

Forskerfabrikken (Scientist Factory) offers a summer school program within science and research for children in 5th to 7th grade. I facilitated the summer schools in Aurskog and Kongsvinger, Norway, during the summer of 2014. As a course leader, I was responsible for preparing and organizing different experiments, simulations and activities to promote the children's interest in science and research.

As a Project Management Trainee at FMC Technologies I participated in various projects, was responsible for monitoring of the delivery plan for one of the projects, participated in meetings with the project management, and assisted the product project managers. For a period while working at FMC Technologies, I also had responsibility for one of the work packages, working to get offers from suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery of test equipment, and completion of various engineering tasks.

In Statoil I worked at Hammerfest LNG. My main responsibility was developing an educational program for the central control room operators with focus on PID regulators and I held several workshops for the operators.
