APRIL operates one of the world's largest pulp mills (the mills is fully integrated WTP, Power plant, Pulp line , Paper (PaperOneTM as trademark of product), Chemical Plant, Recaust, Kiln & Effluent Plant) with an annual production capacity of 2,300,000 tons in Indonesia. Last position as Recruitment Supervisor • Make annual recruitment section planning and budget.• Supervise 2 recruitment officer and 1 recruitment admin.• Handle recruitment for several Business Units.• Identify department’s manpower needs.• Seeking, sourcing candidates to fulfill the manpower needs.• Screening, conduct psychological test and interview, generate the psychological report.• Assist site visit for candidates, negotiation with potential candidates.• Plan and manage mass recruitments, job fairs, career days, walk in interview.• Build relationship with campuses.• Coordinate with other HR functions (Personnel Admin, General Affairs, Training Center) to assist new hire socializing phase.• Maintain monthly recruitment reports.
