I have been working in classrooms as a special education teacher's assistant for over 10 years at E Cubed Academy, one of Providence's prestigious and productive high schools. I have had 4 years of administrative training working closely with The principal and assistant principal, taking part in disciplinary decisions, performing lunch duty and organizing afterschool programs. I am a certified Peer mediator serving as one of the school's mediators working with students who have difficulties dealing with issues in school. I also hold a certificate from the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) as a Restorative Practitioner.
