I am development program specialist and practitioner with 15 years’ experience working in different youth and children focused education and integrated livelihood development projects in local and international organizations. I have extensive experience in designing, coordination, leading implementation and monitoring youth, gender and integrated livelihood focused multie year programs. Due to the nature of my positions enabled to work directly with multiple partners in building partnership, communicate deliverable and due diligence, support to meet high demand of donors and stakeholders. I have often part of leadership in large scale surveys and rigor research and data processes and dissemination activities, including local validation of research findings. I have proven record of outreach tasks and efficiently engage policymakers for project ownership and influence policy change based on evidence towards aspects in development context.I have B.Sc degree in Business education.
